Biography
Giuseppa was born in Montevago around 1824 [1] to Filippo Di Leo and Sebastiana Montalbano [2]. In 1850 at age 26, she married 22-year-old Vito Turano [3]. They had at least one child. The family moved from Montevago to nearby Santa Margherita di Belice, and Giuseppa and Vito were living there as of 12 February 1881 [4].
